Business How to Order
Creative Thread Works is in the business of providing finished
embroidered items for you, your business, or your sports team.
We also provide in-house digitizing (converting your design into
stitches) to enhance our embroidery design process.
We can embroider your business or group logo on golf shirts,
denim shirts, jackets, CD cases, fleece blankets, tote bags, hats,
duffel bags, golf towels, or aprons. We do not require a minimum
quantity on any order.
Easy to Follow Steps:
- View the available products from the following sources: Catalog A, Catalog
B, and Catalog C.
Make note of your selections (item and catalog number).
- Mail or e-mail your original artwork to us in .TIFF, .BMP,
.AI, or .CDR format.
- To request a quote, call us at 858-592-1400 or request a quote ONLINE.
Digitizing
There is a one-time digitizing charge for your embroidery design.
Rates begin at $65 and increase depending on the size and the detail
contained in your logo. A typical left chest logo ranges between
$65-150.
Delivery
We require a 60% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery.
We accept Discover Card or company checks.
The delivery date will be confirmed upon your approval of the stitched
sample, receipt of your quantity request, the confirmation of availability
from the supplier, and the 60% deposit. Most items are delivered
in two-three weeks. Additional charges include shipping and California
sales tax for items shipped within the state.
Shipping
We ship via United Parcel Service or FedEx. Shipping costs
are calculated by weight, destination, and level of service desired
(overnight, two-day, etc.)
Returns
Personalized items are not returnable. All other returns are
at the discretion of Creative Thread Works.
Policies
We reserve the right to use your design as an advertising sample
unless otherwise notified.
